EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG) is one of the largest independent (non-integrated) crude oil and natural gas companies in the United States. EOG engages in the exploration, development, production, and marketing of crude oil, condensate, natural gas liquids and natural gas in the United States, Canada, offshore Trinidad, the United Kingdom North Sea, and China. EOG does not own or operate refining operations. EOG sells its production to marketing and pipeline companies and direct consumers of crude oil and natural gas.
